I am a 37yr. Old single mother that is turning Over A New Leaf l smoke cigarettes and also a big coffee drinker I get no excersing in at any time in my life so for the new year 2020 I am turning Over that new leaf in my life. I have been studying a lot about the mind body and spiritual side of changing my life. It would be and honor if you could join me so we can learn and grow together.
